THE MAN WHO WOULD BE KING just finished a major reading/workshop at the wonderful Rubicon Theater in Ventura, California. We are thrilled to report that joining
the creative team is TONY, EMMY and PULITZER nominated writer and director, Moises Kaufman (I Am My Own Wife, The Laramie Project, Gross Indecencies: The Trials of Oscar Wilde). Moises will
act as Dramaturg and his theater company, Tetonic, will act as executive producer. The musical has been optioned by producer Adam Friedson (Dame Edna, Bill Maher, By The Waters Of Babylon).
A regional production will be next, with the hopes of a national tour and Broadway run to follow. |
